**Important Announcement: Nasal Flu Vaccine Administration**
The IntraHealth NHS Immunisation Team will be visiting our school on Wednesday, 8th October to administer the nasal flu vaccine to students across all year groups.
To ensure your child receives the appropriate vaccination, please complete the Online Consent Form
It is essential to fill out this form even if you do not wish to give consent. The form will also provide you with the option to choose between the nasal or injectable vaccine. If your child has already had the Flu vaccine elsewhere since September 2025, please complete a ‘No’ to consent form.
Consent Form Deadline: Please submit your form by **1st October at 11:59 PM**.
